Salary as per candidate experience & Skills.

 JOB PROFILE

  • New Product Drawing review and feasibility study
  • Responsible for product development activity as per APQP guidelines
  • Development timings plans, coordination for design review within company and with customers
  • Developing project development plans and reviewing the plan with core team members on regular frequency to ensure smooth product launch
  • Line balancing & cycle time achievement as per Takt Time.
  • Developing of fixtures/Gauges/other tooling and SPMs
  • Having excellent skills in welding domain and frame development
  • Having Good knowledge of MIG and Spot welding
  • Good hand on experience and knowledge of Basic GD&T
  • Implement of KAKOTORA points during developments.
  • Press parts trials on welding jigs & fixtures and give feedback to supplier for part correction based on part fitment trial.
  • Develop samples for PP,MPP and Pilot trial
  • Verify & Trial welding Fixtures & Gauges at supplier end.
  • Feasibility study for Sheet Metal components & welded sub-assemblies.
  • Making product process flow and sequence of Manufacturing as per desired TAKT time
  • Sample Inspection and Verification of New Developed part
  • Track and monitoring Implementation status of ECN and conformance of New and Minor change (ECN) vehicle models
  • PPAP File preparation and submission to customer
  • Handling Initial Flow Control of new projects & Perform SPC study of critical parameters.
  • Prepare CAPA for SQR and DQR point Observation in (PP, MPT and Pilot) trial.
  • Participated in CFT team and prepare PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan and WI of new developed product.
  • PPVT (peak production volume trail) of Welding and Assembly Line jointly with plant
  • Coordination with engineering, testing and Plant Team during development for new projects
