Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Kofax-Kapow
  • Device automation.

  • Should be able to contact support for software maintenance.
  • Strong skills in SQL development.
  • Should have knowledge of HTML webpages.
  • An in-depth Knowledge of SQL reporting, analytic and business intelligence.
  • Created PL/SQL module which was used to integrate the existing data from third parties and on the database.
  • Build and maintain SQL scripts, indexes, and complex queries for data analysis and extraction
  •  Must be able deal with Software support team.
               Summary of qualifications:
·         Strong communication skills in English both oral and written.
  • In-depth knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests.
  • Sound knowledge of basic SQL, relational database and advanced SQL queries.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Skilled in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to correspondence.
·         Should be able to work in a 24/7 environment.
·         Problem-solving attitude.
·         Proficiency working on MS-Office – emphasize on excel.
·         Desire experience: 3- 4yrs.
