Job Role :-
?Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan.
?Procurement of raw material from national and international market
?Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in cost saving.
?Purchasing machines with improved technology to increase production.
?Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations. Photo

?Responsibilities of Fully Computerized & ERP Procurement based on ERP and online Purchase Order Screening of Requisitions Prior to Forwarding for procurement In-charge. Procurement of all kind of material Procurement Receipts, Physical Inspection, Stacking, Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast Moving Items, Maintaining All Procurement Documents.
?Preparing store vouchers & maintains store ledgers for all activities of store management.
?Tracking of all stored operating supplies/materials, and prepare regular reports.
?Plans and directs the physical inventory and stock control program.
?Maintaining records/database of various categories of approved suppliers.
